While we focus on IG rescue, we can't close our doors to other breeds in bad situations. We often have assorted dogs of various breeds and sizes in need of loving homes, as well as Italian Greyhounds.  "Chiggy"
Italian Greyhound x Chihuahua
Black Male, 10 months
This absolutely adorable little guy is incredibly sweet. He wants so badly to have someone to dote on him and to love. We call him "Chiggy" as our best guess is that he is a Chi x Iggy cross, and it seemed to fit his personality too. He is jet black, small, refined, and leggy. He has a very loving temperament, a tad shy with strangers initially, but he warms up very quickly and will be looking for loving every time you walk by, He is good with other dogs (large and small), cats, and well-mannered kids. Chiggy enjoys car rides, is learning walks are fun, and is learning about housetraining. He has been neutered, vaccinated, wormed, and is ready to go home!

These two brothers are gorgeous and loving IGs! After being pulled from a home where they were unwanted and uncared for, they are now enjoying love and attention and good food!

Not a rescue, Princess is one of our retired females, available to the right companion home (We would prefer to place her with a local family). She is a young girl, under 5 years old, and is a devoted and loving Iggy. Due to lack of early socialization, she can be a little hesitant about new situations, but once she warms up, she will adore you and bask in love and attention. Be forewarned - her rightful place at night is under the covers! Visit her page (link above) for more photos and information. DOB: 10/02, spayed, current on vaccinations and healthcare, and ready to go home.
